Mr. McLaughlin attended the
University of Florida and Palm Beach Junior College.
He has been a Licensed Professional Surveyor and Mapper
in the State of Florida since 1993 (#5269).
His responsibilities include technical services through
computer-based drafting and design coordination, special client
projects, and all aspects of quality control provisions.
He has an expansive knowledge of coordinate geometry and
computer oriented surveying systems.
Mr. McLaughlin possesses a thorough
and interactive knowledge of such technical areas as
Right-of-Way Mapping, Infrastructure Location, Condemnation
Surveys including Expert Witness Testimony, Submerged Land
Surveys and Construction Design and furthermore possesses
experience in these areas from both a public and private entity
perspective.

Mr. Albrektsen attended Broward
Community College and Palm Beach Junior College.
He has been a Licensed Professional Surveyor and Mapper
in the State of Florida since 1985 (#4185).
Mr. Albrektsen has been with McLaughlin Engineering Co. Since
1969 and currently manages all aspects of project development,
field logistics, site coordination and quality control.
He has engaged in all areas of our companys operations
including filed services, layout computations and specific
managerial functions on the numerous subdivisions and projects
undertaken by the company. He has extensive field experience in wetlands
identification and has completed several environmental courses
given by various state agencies.
He also is responsible for research and calculations for
parcel acquisition and construction layout of various municipal,
county, state and federal projects.

Robert Smith is a second generation native of South
Florida and has been a registered Professional Engineer since
1981 (#31177).
Mr. Smith has extensive design experience in drainage systems,
basin and routing analysis, computer modeling, surface water
management studies, hydrologic studies, roadway design and
construction management.
His current responsibilities include the preparation of site,
water, sewer, paving and drainage plans.
Additionally, he is involved in the coordination and
approval processing of these plans and specifications through
the city, county and regulatory agencies.
Mr. Smith also coordinates the supervision of
construction for final project approvals.

Robert C. McLaughlin, Jr. graduated from St. Thomas
University School of Law. He
has been licensed with the Florida Bar since March of 1995 and
practices in the area of land use issues.
Mr. McLaughlin also received a Master in Urban and Regional
Planning from Florida Atlantic University in 1997 with a
speciality in legal aspects of Ground
Management and Land Planning.
He has practiced in and continues to help coordinate
elements of field services, project coordination and client
service function. In
addition, he has extensive experience in site planning concepts,
urban design, platting, rezoning, vacation petitions and land
use determinations.
